Epigastric pain

Have localized pain, in the epigastric region, as well as (what I assume as) the spleen or kidney area(side. This happens when I eat. This does not happen often, but when it does its severe pain. I believe its the pain that makes me nauseaus. I think that manually causeing vomitting will help, but it doesn't. Stool and appitite dont change and eating helps a little with the pain.:o But it come right back.
