Before Thanksgiving this year, I had an upper endoscopy done. The doc found a "healing" duodenal ulcer.
I am also experiencing twitching calve muscles, and burning feet, mainly at night when trying to fall sleep.
I have found that turning on my left side, that the
burning feet, seems to go away.
I have been on 40mg of Nexium for about a month.
Could the duodenal ulcer cause the burning feet,
and twiching calve muslces ?
The burning feet and twitching calve muscles
started about 3 weeks prior to the digestion
issues and acid reflux symptoms that lead me to the
gastro doc in the first place.
I had a CT scan with contrast done on the pelvic
and a ultrasound. There is a 3mm cyst in the gall bladder that the doc said was insignificant.
Other blood tests have been done, CBC, Liver,
Urine cultures, etc. All blood tests have been normal.
B12 was at 367. I have been on B12 shots for the past 2 months, plus taking sublinqual B12 vitamins.
Is there anyway that the duodenal ulcer be causing the
burning feet or twitching calve muscles ?
