I've had this at least 5 yrs ago and recently had it again.
I KNOW what caused it and it was moving alot for about 5 days in a row until I figured it out.
Now, get this.
I was grocery shopping and saw an old favorite..puffed wheat cereal....
You know, sugar crisp ...
I bought( and ate some) plain puffed wheat and when I stopped eating it , the 'baby kicking feeling' went away within a day or two completely
Perhaps there is wheat in some form getting into your diet.
As far as I know I didnt have a wheat allergy.
Wheat is just crap because apparently its 'treated' with chemicals for storage.
Its not that I have an allergy, its that my body must of known that the wheat was 'foreign' to it, since its marinaded in chemicals...
