Distention, Pain

I have been having abdominal distention and pain that is pretty severe at night. I am able to sleep it off, but I have just started a new job where I work nights. Even if I don't eat much, it still happens. My stomach sticks out so far that it hurts into my back. Eventually it goes down, but sometimes it takes a long time. I hate it. I am also having pain in my stomach, that feels like it is burning. I have reflux and take meds for it, so I don't think the burning feeling is acid.

I also have bowel movements up to 4-5 times a day at times, not diarrhea....I never used to before all this.

Lastly, I have pain on my left side near my hip bone.

I've had an endoscopy with biopsies that didn't show anything. I'm so frustrated.
