First I have taken a blood test recently and everything came out normal. But for the past year or so I have been having issues. I first noticed that I was severely constipated, which hasn't gone away. My anus muscle seems extremely tight, and is causing me to have pencil thin stools. It also feels like something is bulging out around my anus, but its not there all the time. Once a week or so I have diarrhea, but my stool is always a very light brown color. Occasionally I have blood in my stool, and something that looks to be flesh from my intestinal lining. Gas seems to be blocked up inside me after I eat, so I burp often. Once in a while I have pain under my left rib when I breath in deeply. I have also noticed that I feel rather tired mentally (feel fine physically) no matter how much sleep I get. And I have these red pin sized flat dots all over myself, and they have not just appeared out of nowhere, I have been getting them slowly for the past couple years. Haven't lost any weight, I'm still as strong as I have ever been, but a lot more depressed.

Please don't just say "GO TO THE DOCTOR RIGHT NOW", because I am scheduling a colonoscopy soon, I just want to know if this could be something grim, cause all this stuff is not normal for me!
