diarrhea related to heat?

I have been having diarrhea shortly after I eat off and on for about a year. It seems to come in phases. I have eliminated the usual foods from my diet one by one to try and determine if it is a food allergy, and I don't believe it is. The only common tie I can seem to find between the episodes is that I got really really hot at some point earlier in the day.... This doesn't make sense to me....Is there such a condition?

If I am outside, or exposed to extreme heat or activity, I feel as if I overheat very easily and I feel very fatigued.

When I have my episodes of diarrhea I tend to get lightheaded, very warm, get a headache, and very very tired. These symptoms I suppose could also be from dehydration due to prolonged diarrhea, but they seem to happen almost immediately.

I have a very very fast metabolism. Could this have something to do with it? I used to feel sick if I didn't eat about every 3 hours, but I seem to have grown out of this. However, I still can't gain weight no matter how much or what I eat.
