I am seeing a gasterologist and we just finished with a fatty food stool test and I am not malsorbing which is a good thing. Between the diarreaha and loose stool thing is the ability to eat anything and everthing and not gain a pound... I am 41 years of age, 5' 5" and weight in at 103 to 105 lbs (naked) and use to weigh 110 lbs a year ago. I also had a celiac test done which turned out negative.

What has me a bit confused is I am passing to much feces... determined with the 72 hours of fecal fat collection. He wants to a colonscopy which is fine but what does it mean to be passing to much feces? Never heard of such a thing... isn't that determined by the amount of food you take in? I mean I did have to eat quite a bit to get 100 grams of fat in my diet.
