Diarreah Aftermath

I'm 18 years old and 3 days a go I had a small spout of diarreah in the morning with stomach cramps, I managed to sleep it off and began feeling a bit better. However since then I've still had a slight ache just below my belly button and hasn't ceased to go. I will admit I haven't been eating as healthy as I could recently and the night before the diarreah I did consume alot of sugary foods which is what I gathered was responsible for the diarreah.

I keep going to release stools in the hope it'll get rid of the pain but everytime I do it doesn't change. I've been eating light the last few days and drinking plenty of water. I'm just concerned wether this is serious or if I just have an infection as it's causing me much discomfort.

Thanks in advance.
