About 4 days ago I had woke up and felt awful. I had diarrhea that was very red. I thought it might be blood, but wasn't sure. In the following days I vomited on occasion. In the last 2 days, I no longer am having diarrhea and havent vomited in a day or so. I've also having abdominal pain, almost like I ran really hard and got a big cramp. My stool has been more solid for the past 2 days, but has varied between Green and Yellow. The pain in my abdomen has seemed to decrease some today as well. I have been keeping hydrated as best as I can as well. Does the sudden onset and slowly improving symptoms mean this could just be a Virus that has settled into my GI tract and I can wait it out?
