For the past few months I'd been experiencing painful bloating, gas and going to the toilet a few times a day. There was nothing wrong with my stool. I used to eat much more and just put the blame on my greed. I've been on a diet for a week now, and things are much different. I'm constantly feeling sick and being sick in small amounts, I'm still gassy and bloated, I have lots of abdominal pain and I'm going much less frequently. I'm eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, but whenever I go there is hardly anything and I always feel like I'm not finished. I've also got a burning sensation in my throat, like indigestion. I feel very sick, very soon from eating too.
