constant diarrhea (2 weeks+)

I'm 18 years old, and recently I've just lost quite a bit of weight. I managed to drop 35 pounds over the summer from eating healthier and working out every other day, but since I've gone to school I quit working out. Ever since I stopped, I've been having diarrhea but no other symptoms. My stomach usually doesn't hurt, but I think this isn't normal and is unhealthy. I tried not eating anything dairy and that didn't help. I usually don't eat breakfast now either, but I'm never hungry that early in the morning and I eat 2 hours later when I get home from class. I used to take 350mg carisoprodol (soma) and 4mg alprazolam (xanax) a day but I have also stopped that. Currently I'm on no medications. I don't drink alcohol, but I do smoke, but that has never been an issue in the past. My diarrhea never hurts, it's just a lot of liquid. There's never any blood or discolorations. I really don't like going to the doctor in general, and I especially don't want to go for this. Thank you for your time - I'm willing to try anything to help it go away.
