My wife (18 yrs old) frequently complains of tenderness to touch of the stomach, and general stomach pain centered at the naval, which was never of abnormal concern considering its pretty much been a factor as long as I've known her. However, today alarmingly I noticed her belly visibly spasming! So much so, that her bellybutton piercing was obviously moving. I know nothing of the matter or its severity, anyone with expertise or some history with a similar problem, I plead for your input. Being very recent newlyweds we are currently medically uninsured and i need some decisive word on the urgency of the matter. Apparently she doesn't feel pain severe enough to visit a doctor, but understandably i am very concerned.
