My 92 year old Dad is having unexpected vomiting during or shortly after eating, especially at lunch. Sometimes he will only take two bites of his food before he has regurgitation that he cannot stop or delay. Any ideas what avenues to investigate? He is fairly healthy for a man his age, but this is starting to affect that health.
