I almost constantly experience pronounced discomfort in my chest which seems to go away after I exercise intensively enough. On the other hand, I end up with pretty bad abdominal pain and diarrhea (the abdominal pain lasts for hours, the diarrhea lasts only a short time after the exercise). This almost never happens to me when I do lighter workouts, but if it's strenuous, it happens almost every time.
