For the past several years, I have been suffering increasing gastrointestinal problems. I am female, age 24, and weigh 105 lbs. After bouts of incredible bloating, nausea and other problems, I was finally diagnosed with celiac's disease. I have followed a gluten-free diet religiously, and my symptoms improved. I began gaining weight and I felt much better.
About six months ago, I started to feel worse again. I suffer from constant bloating, and nausea. It has gotten to the point now where I am limited to pureed vegetables and fruits and the occasional serving of fish, but I still vomit after every meal. I have lost nearly 30 pounds, and I feel horrible all the time.
I have seen many gastroenterologists about my issues. I have been tested for many issues (blockages, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel, Crohn's etc), and the only thing I've learned is that my digestion is a bit slowed. That's it. I am hoping that someone out there recognizes these symptoms and can help me. I am really going crazy.
Thank you so much!
