I've been having intermittent severe abdominal pain over the last year in conjunction with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, pelvic pain , very heavy periods, and blood when I have a BM, usually when I'm menstruating.

My gyno thinks it could be endo, can it cause bloody diarrhea?
