Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I'm 18 and since my periods started 4/5 years ago, each month I have had extreme bowel pain, I can not pass bowel movements and I experience bleeding from my bowel as well.
At first it was thought by doctors that I may have endometriosis so I have had a laparoscopy but doctors found no traces of endometriosis in my womb....
so what could this be .. ?
Doctors have told me to overlap my contraceptive pill to stop me from having this pain.
Although this is stopping the problem it is not sorting it and I know that staying on the contraceptive pill is very bad for me and new problems could effect me in the near future because of this.
Once I have come off the pill I know that it will become difficult for me to conceive, and as I am only young, children are important in my future.
If anyone has experience the same or similar problems during their periods please reply.
