I got blunt abdominal trauma 1 year back. Due to severe pain i took NSAID and Antibiotic for 1 month and applied hot water bag.
But i am still suffering from light pain and heaviness in abdomen and also in lower back with stabing pain since that time.
I am also suffering from bloating, excessive flatulence (gas), abdominal and back discomfort.
3 months back i have done CT Scan (Whole Abdomen)
Conclusion : " Mild thickening of terminal ileum with few small right lower mesenteric nodes" Findings are inflammatory in nature and do not favour Koch's.
Following I also done colonoscopy "result are normal".
My Gastroentrologist is unable to diagnose till now.
I am taking ppi (pantoparazole 40mg empty stomach) and dvn plus (mefenamic acid).
Waiting for your valuable advice.
