After many years (I actually think most of my life and i am 37) I have tried to figure out what the nagging feeling in my stomach is caused by. I have now resorted to a Naturalist/Nutricianist who is having me do a gluten-free diet and follow most of the guidelines for a Type "O" blood diet. Anyone done this???? I hear a lot of Drs discount it. It would not be invasive and that was the next step at my gastroenterologist because he was stumped. I just don't see the urgency to do that when my health is "fair'... I'd rather know what is causing it and go from there.
