hi dear frnds
one of our relatives has a 3 months old baby boy completely breast feed who has rectorrhagia from 1 month ago the blood is not mixed with the stool. the child was given metronidazole as the stool exam showed few wbc and RBCs ( about 10) ( he had no fever ,spasms, diarhoea,mucoid stool or signs of infection)and then amoxiciline but didnt heal he lost weight recently .mother was advised not to drink diary products and cow milk but the problem is still there the child seems to be healthy and has no distress develops normally and is very cute and smart.the rectal exam was normal.
