I am having an embarrassing issue & needed some help/advise. I noticed some blood in my underpants yesterday and didnt think much of it. I am a 30 y/o female and assumed it was "female related spotting". For the past few days I have had some lower stomache pain and have been extremely bloated. My stomache feels rather hard (not in a good way. I wish it was muscle). Today I had a BM and saw the tiolet was filled with a large amount of blood and it was coming from my "behind". When I've had to urinate through the day I have continued to see the blood in the toilet. Ive never had a hemeroid or any kind of rectal bleeding before. I couldnt see anything externally and it doesnt feel like a tear. I am concerned because I have a history of colon cancer in my family. My maternal aunt & uncle passed away from it at young ages. (21 & 28).
I dont have health insurance and cannot afford to go to the doctor if these are common symptoms of hemeroids. Has anyone had a similar experience?

You need to inform them about your problems and discuss your family history. They should be able to do some tests. Make sure you list all of your symptoms. Have you been tired, have you lost weight? I am only 36 and just had my rectum and anus removed. If the doctors would have done a few more tests I am certain my outcome would have been better. Good luck.
