I've had a sore and painful throat for the last 2 weks that hasnt shifted. Ive felt tired most of that too with no physical energy very weak etc. On Friday i started feeling worse. Then by Saturday i had a severe headache along with diarroeah in the morning and a strong nauseas feeling most of the day as well as feeling so weak like i was going to collapse. My appetite lessened. The nausea eased up on Sunday altho i still felt tired. Now since Monday morning i have been to the toilet 3 seperate times. Each time it has been very dark(black) solid yet very kinda sticky and moist faeces that smell so bad u think someones died. Im too scared to let off wind anywhere it smells so bad. Any suggestions of what this may be?

  • Don't panic- it sounds like your body is trying to cleanse itself from whatever it is that hit you. I am not a doctor- so if you need medical attention, please seek help.Tell us about what you have been eating: were you eating fast food recently? For now make sure you stay drinking lots of clean water, some herbal teas (caffeine free) - maybe some spices such as turmeric, cinnamon, clove, etc with your food as long as you don't react bad to them.Do some breating exercises- try to expand your chest as much as you can and feel the air traveling to all your tummy cavities.Avoid processed food.Best.

  • You know, it's the kind of advice given by the above poster (Eatafruit or whatever) that is going to kill someone on this board someday, if it hasn't already................ BLACK TARRY STOOLS INDICATE BLEEDING IN THE UPPER G.I. TRACT......... B L E E D I N G............... and in case Eatafruit lives on some other planet, on earth, in a human being, ANY bleeding in the G.I. tract is SERIOUS........... not some kind of hippie holistic body cleansing bullcrap as was indicated............. it could be a bleeding ulcer, it could be cancer, it could be alot of things, but most likely it's not going to get any better unless the OP is seen by a GOOD Gastroenterlogist................ So, OP, hope it's not too late, but be seen by a good GI doc.............
