Worsening reflux for over 20 years. Nissen's Fundoplication done 8 years ago to correct relux problem. f Fundoplication failed after 6.5 years ( last year). Long history of chronic, acute anemia, with several work-ups finding no clear cause. Now diagnosed with an enlarged Portal vein. Back on double doses of anti-reflux meds, but chronic reflux persists. Is any of this related?
