I am a 23 year old male with good health till one month back.Last month I had heavy belching and pain in the stomach. It started on 10 Januvary exactly.I thought it was the pizza that I ate the day before. But the pain increased and it caused a big pain in my chest.I also had a very bad heartburn.when i saw the gastro he said I had ulcer in my chest and gave rabeprazole for 15 days.He also took a blood test,Endoscopy,Xray and said that it was gastritisis.I took the medications and I felt Ok.after that i had sligh burning sensation in my stomach so I was put on pantoprazle for another 15 days. All seemed well but for the past 5 days the symptoms seemed to reoccur even after medication.

My bowel habits are Ok as well as my eating habits but I belch almost every half hour and ***t upto 20 times a day.And in the middle of the night i feel Hungry and pain in my stomach.I also have minor ithing in Body but That is not so worrysome.

Is there any natural treatment for these conditions because I am fed up with these medications and my energy seems to decrease with it.

  • Hello, sorry about your discomfort.I have a couple of suggestions that I hope help you:*Try to drink the daily requirement of water. 8+ glasses of water. *The flatulence tell me that your intestinal floral is out of balance. Get yourself a high quality probiotic (not the yogurt type, but capsules). Something with 4+ cultures. It should be kept in a cool place and feel free to take more than the required amount, as some of the cultures died while still in the bottle.*2 spoons a day,of Barlene's Flax Oil or another type of Flax seed oil should help your gastric membrane to heal.* Try to keep track of what you eat. It sounds like you have a sensitivity to some food, processed food, food additives, or other. Try to omit milk, wheat, sugar, etc. from certain meals as a test. Wheat and milk intolerances can really deteriorate the condition of your gastric track. If your gastric problems don't improve, research on JMT (Jaffe Mellor Technique) and NAET (Devi Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination). NAET has eliminated all my gastric discomforts. I recommend it.Take Care.

  • Those hunger pains can also mean that you are not absorbing food properly. That can be happening due to yeast overgrowth in your track, or just allergies/addictions to certain foods.Try omitting and rotating food, and also good supplements.I found myself having constant hunger pains and feeling fatigue regardless of how much I ate. I had allergies. I am allergic to sugar. It makes me sooooo hungry and thirsty. When I eat fruits I do ok, but added sugar really makes me feel funny. It was not until I went cold turkey on sugar that I felt the difference.Anything could be causing the same effect.Best.
