This is somewhat embarrassing, but since we are dealing with the digestive system here, I'll swallow my pride and begin. When I go to the bathroom to defecate, one thing that seems to happen is that my rectum contracts or shoots out a small amount of feces, but not enough to cause any real relief. The feces literally comes out like a projectile, as though my rectum were a gun and the feces is the bullet, in a very strong "pop". The end result is that I go on for days and sometimes weeks barely evacuating myself because of this. Does anyone else experience this symptom? It's extremely aggravating and you can never eat because you walk around constipated all the time. Once in a while, my recum behaves normally and the feces don't shoot out forcefully, they come out in a rather even and soft motion, which is when I do achieve a good emptying of the bowel.
Can someone shed some light on this, please? My health carrier, Healthnet, has yet to send me my insurance card and as a result I can't go to the doctor. And this is after a year since I started my present job where I am insured thru Healthnet. Don't ever select Healthnet as your carrier, by the way, they are awful.
