Hello, I'm a 34 year old male and several weeks ago these symptoms started.
Abdominal pain (mostly upper right quadrant but I've had pain in all four quadrants)
Spasms this feels internal. They worsen if I lay on my right side.
I'm belching more than normal.
If I lay on my left side it feels like something heavy is pressing down on me midway between my lower right rib and pelvis.
My stools have been ribboned off and on, but not all the time. They are always very thin.
Initially I was very nauseas every morning but this has passed.

I've had a CT scan, bloodwork, and urine test. None indicated the cause of my problems. The only diagnosis I have thus far is actually a symptom, abdominal pain.
