Abdominal pain and bleeding

Four- five years ago occasionally, I started having abdominal pain, somewhere about where stomach and small intestine are. First I started using medicine carbon and it helped a lot. But after about two years the pain was coming back more often so I went to a doctor. He sad that I am probably eating a lot and I am overfed sometimes and gave me some other pills. As expected they did not help so I stopped going to doctors. Seven months ago when I woke up I saw blood on my sheet. I thought it's from a scratch, but when I saw that there is blood again I checked myself again and I realized that the only way that blood could come out of me is through my anus. I went to a doctor and they said that I ate something hard and made a scratch somewhere in the big intestines. The bleeding continued through and the amount was bigger and bigger (from 2mm radius "circle" to 2cm). I am afraid that if it continues like this in 4-5 years I will probably bleed to death.
Anyone familiar with this problem, or if it is a decease do you know the name of it ?
Please help I am only 16 years old...

P.S. I have never taken ibuprofen and aspirin.
