my brother 18 years old male indian by ethnicity, started experiencing pain in the abdomen..he had pain and tenderness around the umbilicus and pain and guarding on deep palpation at the MacBurney's point.also complained of vomiting and anorexia.he was suspected to have appendicitis and underwent USG to confirm/rule out other causes, but without any abberent findings.he underwent OGD scopy which highlighted gastritis with bile reflux.colonoscopy revealed multiple nodules near the IC junction.a barium meal followthrough shew no significant findings.
recently he is experiencing low back pain..he was treated for gastritis with a course for h.pylori..now he is being treated symptomatically..can anyone help with a diagnosis. or any other investigations?

  • i am no doctor, but try giving him a fresh lime drink everyday. may be your brother has got an infection in the stomach. Allovera is also supposed to be good for many stomach conditions. you have to peel of the jell in the leaves and mix it with some water and partialy heat it ( just before boiling point ). leave it for some time and drink it. it is supposed to heal all wounds in the stomach due to its anti bacterial qualities.
