A lot of stress has affected my digestive system, 1st I noticed noises like being hungry but that wasn't it, my left side bloats out and I feel like I have a bowling ball in my intestine and I can't move or hardly breathe. I can hardly eat or drink anything because it won't go down. I'm tring meditation and walking in the park, these help alittle. I take some basic vitimans, drink water and eat yougurt in the morning.
