:confused:Need answers.:(....abdomen pain, severe stomach pain, extremely large bowel movements that rip my skin and hurt. Get panic attacks at night in bed, start eating and stomach always get pain in stomach, weight loss, just diagnosed with anemia, speech problems (have problem getting certain words out - straining my face to speak), headaches, joint pain off and on, dizziness, no energy, irritable. Going for upper GI next week, had colonoscopy last week diagnosed with anemia. Not sure if doctor is guessing or knows whats going on.
