so first, i was having panic attacks after i ate anything. it was pretty terrible. then i cut out gluten, dairy, refined sugars, etc and have been eating mostly fruits and veggies for 3 months now. it helped a lot and i don't have panic attacks anymore. but i've had a headache for about 10 months now (when the whole panic attacks thing started happening) and it won't go away. sometimes it feels like it's GOING to clear up when i'm really hungry but then i eat and it comes right back full-force. sometimes it doesn't feel quite exactly like pain but a weird foggyness/dizzyness/totally out-of-it feeling. i can't pin point the pain but it's constant.
and also around the time i stopped having panic attacks, my stools became disgusting. they feel like diarhea but don't look like it (they sort of look like those volcanic vents on the ocean floor). but the really strange thing about them is that there are always yellow or white nuts in them - some just look like regular sized peanuts and others look like small seeds. and flakes too! and almost every time i go, i feel constipated right afterwards. also i should mention that i don't eat nuts/seeds very often (usually just pumpkin seeds if anything).
i've been tested for everything and the only thing we know for sure is that my body isn't absorbing minerals well at all but we don't know why. i think it might be candida or something that mimics celiacs.
what do you guys think??
