  • This is a simple extract of Qi Gong exercise which you can do when ever you have any free time. You can do this either sitting or standing with your eyes close in a relax position. Place both your palms facing each other about 4 inches apart. Slowing pulling them apart to about 12 inches and then bring both palms back to 4 inches apart. It is ok to be plus minus 2 or 3 inches. Repeat this for at least 15 minutes each time. Gradually increase to 1/2 hour or an hour. . Just do this slowly and you will be able to feel a tingling sensation. Picture a ball of light in your palm as you are performing this exercise. At the end of your exercise place your palms over which ever area is in discomfort or pain. This exercise when done properly over time can even soften a harden and swollen liver. Perform this over a period of 1 week and see how you feel. Should be at 1/2 hour each time for a week. If you can do it for longer period it will be better
