Hi guys.

I'm male, 20 yrs old. 6'0" and 170 lbs.

I'm having pain in the right middle part of the abdomen. It started 3 weeks ago. It's a mild pain and usually comes at night 30 mins. to an hour after eating although it sometimes comes in the day and last for at least 10 mins. I also lost my appetite. But no vomiting, no burning chest pains.

Do you think this is gallstones?

thanks guys.

  • Hi, I have the same symptoms which Ive had for about 5 weeks. Ive been told by the docs that it sounds like Gallbladder inflamation or Gallstones after a blood test showed my liver to be ok. Currently waiting for ultrasound but this could take up to a month. I dont know if you feel the same but its driving me mad not knowing what the problem is. Ive looked on the internet which may have been a mistake as now my head is filled with all sorts of things that it could be. I have the pain (more like a dull uncomfortable ache) on the RHS of my stomach just belows the ribs, it has settled down through the day over the last week but seems to come back in the evening. Also, bowel movement seems to be a bit on the yellow side with me feeling tired alot. Appetite is definately not as good as normal. As Im not sure what the problem is, Im unsure about what foods I should and shouldnt be eating. Are you keeping to a normal diet or cutting out certain foods?

  • I'd get gallbladder checked out and stay away from greasy/fatty foods.
