last year i was walking 2 miles to work and 2 miles home. thats when this all stared. i had alot of pain in my arches and the bottom of my feet would go numb. even though i was at work most days i would be fighting back the tears i was in so much pain. now i dont do as much walking but my feet and ankles continue to swell. i cannot stand for long because my ankles become weak and start to hurt. i've also had varicose veins since i was about 14. i am overweight if that has anything to do with it.
