Swollen ankle for 4 months

My right foot has been swollen for 4 months and I've seen so many doctors including an orthopaedic surgeon and a vascular surgeon and done all the tests like x-rays, CT scans, MRI, and lots of blood tests and all the tests have shown that there is nothing wrong with my foot. But obviously something is wrong because it is massively swollen and I have not been able to wear shoes for 4 months! The good thing is though that it's not painful, just swollen. I've also seen, naturopaths and remedial massage therapists and even had spiritual healing done but nobody seems to be able to fix my foot or figure out what is wrong with it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
