Neuromas between my toes

I've developed nerve tumors between the toes on both feet from constant kneeling on the job. Symptoms 6 years ago started as tingling when standing from a kneeling position that at that time would disappear after a few minutes. Over time I started to notice a numb feeling that lasted longer and longer to the point where it is now constant. A foot doctor said that I have Neuromas and even with surgery the numbness would probably still be there.
I have tried diff shoes/inserts over the years with no results. Metatarsil pads and boxed toe shoes, seem to have no real effect.

I have heard that Niacin supplements may help and was wondering if anyone has tried this and had any results.

Thanks for any info.
