7 months ago I pulled or tore a tendon on my right foot. Now I can walk, but there is scar tissue that is right below the surface. Some days I walk with my orthopedic shoes and everything is okay. But other days, the walking, when it is long, leads to some inflamation.
When my foot is inflamed, I don't think it's wise to exercise. So I miss exercise. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the inflamation?
Or is inflamation to be expected in my situation? Shourld I ignore it, unless it is really bad, and exercise anyway? Is the inflamation just something I'm going to have to live with?
