How do I best proceed knowing I have acute tendonitis (multiple tendons) in both feet?

About six years ago, my 110 pound daughter was jumping on the couch next to me. She fell on her rear-end directly in the middle of my crossed feet.

Since then, I've re-injured one or both feet several times. I also made the mistake (twice) of working months on my feet (as a landscaper) while injured.

I'm now losing hope that I can ever work a job again which requires being on my feet for several hours. I can barely make a trip through the grocery store w/out eventually getting to the point where I'm nearly unable to walk.

1.) Is there any way to determine the extent of the damage to my feet in the form of a biopsy or ?

2.) Are there any supplements I can take that would improve the health of my tendons?

3.) Is there any type of surgery available?

The pain I'm suffering is unbearable. I need to be working; but, have had much difficulty in finding work where I wouldn't need to stand and/or walk for the majority of my workday.

Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions anyone might have.
