Hello all. I have had this problem for about 6 months. I can stand and walk normally without pain, but after working all day the sides, and moreso the back of my heels start to hurt. Now this is while working. When I sit down at the couch and I happen to sit my foot on the coffee table, well it bloody well hurts. have tried to massage it a little, but that is also quite sore to touch.
When I stand up after sitting several minutes, I am pretty sore and stiff and walk like an old man until walked on for a minute. I have tried sveral different shoes and they all have the same effect. My work boots actually cause the bone just behind the pinky toe to have the same pain as my heel.
I have heard about these heel spurs, but it seems to me they occur on the bottom of the heel. Any ideas?
