By the looks of my second toe on my right foot and doing some research, I believe I have a hammer toe. When I try to straighten it out, my toe won't move and when I try using my hand, the toe still does not move or straighten out. The bent joint in my toe is now red and is very painful. I wear loose fitting shoes and have been trying to take care of this toe. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Ovationlady.
