Just over a week ago someone was dancing and jumped on the side of my left foot. this person weighed about 130kilograms (about 270pounds). Instantly my foot on the side went purple. It ached alot. It has now been a week and i thought it was just bruised, but the bruising is still really purple and now starting to move up my ankle. Most the bruising and pain is just under the ankle ...where it meets the rest of my foot on the side and along the bottom of the side of my foot. My foot constanly throbs, and although i can walk on it it aches alot. I can locate a single point of most pain just under the ankle when i press it, and it throbs for a long time after touching it.
Does anyone know what this is? I am on night shift and it is hard to go get x-rays etc at the moment. Is it fractured or just still very bruised? SHould have the bruising gone by now?
