A few weeks ago I developed an itchy rash on the bottom of my right foot which peels and blisters when I scratch it and also develops little bubbles of skin here and there which are filled with water (not many, though). About 5 days ago, the same foot started to get a tingling/numbness that hasn't gone away. It seems to get worse in the evening/night (which makes sense, as I work from home in front of the computer all day - I do exercise most days, though).
I'm pretty worried about the tingling/numbness in particular. It doesn't prevent me from walking and doesn't get totally numb but there's definitely something going on there. The question is, what could have caused it, is it temporary?
