Foot nail problem?

The nail on my right big toe has a yellow streak from top to bottom.
It is very pronounced, has been there for several months, and is painless.
I do have pain on the soles of my feet, but not often - maybe once or twice a month.
I have also been taking medication for hypertension, Hydrochlorothiazide, once daily.
Please advise.
Thank you,
