food surgery, bone extraction NEED HELP

i have a question about food, few years ago i getting a weird decease on my left leg, at last the doctor have to extract the bone out of my leg, thats making my foot ankle unable to move from the side also left and right. is there any surgery that can make my foot like normal again, i think it maybe lateral malleolus they extract, my right leg also a little bit shorter than another leg.. hope to see some reply soon.
