Hey everyone I decided to make an account to get an opinion on this situation I'm having with my feet.
So about a month or so ago I started getting pain in my feet (mostly heels) but it's to the point where I physically cannot stand up in the morning or I literally fall to the ground, the pain doesn't go away throughout the day it just gets a little more tolerable, I got a new job (it's been two weeks since I started) working at a doggy daycare which is really labour intensive and it's not helping my feet in anyway.
I'm 19 and not over weight and I feel like things like this shouldn't be happening to me yet lol!
Sometimes I get a sharp pain in my lower back that causes my feet to tingle, not sure if this is also a contributing factor.
Anyways I am making a doctors appointment but my doctor has been on vacation so I can't get in to see him until the end of August.
Any suggestion/diagnoses/tips on what this is and how I can maybe lessen the pain (Tylenol, and ibuprofen doesn't help at all)
