Every night is the same, my feet feel normal temperature to the touch but under the skin the feel hot. Sometimes at night I have to get up and get Iced water and a cloth so that I can "cool" my feet down.I always sleep with my feet outside the covers.
Does anyone know what causes this and what help if any is there available???
