I have foot pain on the bottom of my left foot. Below the balls of my foot and runs parallel to the outside of my arch. I have no pain on the balls of my feet, my arch or my ankle. It's just in one spot.

I did not injure myself, it just starting aching one day and has been aching for 2 weeks now. All I remember is walking around all day barefoot and the next day the bottom of my foot has been tender.

I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist or podiatrist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment of your foot pain.
