Recently I was at work, we were pulling weeds around our building and I was in taking a break. I was standing up, lifted up to my toes and felt a sharp pull in my achilles. The next week there was a little to no pain, so towards the end of the week I started working out again with just bike exercises. This week, my heel has a sharp pain in it, achilles is sore and the back/front of my ankle feels like its burning. I am able to walk on it and put weight, move my toes, but walking does hurt. Is this just tendonitis or did I do something more serious?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
