Best thing for me was to follow a detox protocol (very gentle), basically dietary changes/restrictions - and add oil of oregano to your diet.Visit a doctor of Oriental Medicine, preferably someone who is certified in NAET.Best,Mar.

  • I have exactly the same thing on my left hand....and I am left handed :-(It's been over a week and I just saw a neurologist yesterday and was tested. It is a pinched ural nerve near my elbow. The dr says that it happened over a long period of time and is reversable but I don't know how. There is a surgery but was advised against it by the dr unless it doesn't go away.As near as I can tell the only thing that I do that would make it worse is sleeping with my arms above my head because they always hurt when I wake up and are numb for the first few minutes.Apparently an elbow brace is what I need to keep from bending the elbow to far when I am sleeping ?Also, it helps if you don't sleep ON your arm like I sometimes do.Hard habit to break but I guess that's all I can do about it for now.If anyone has any other suggestions I would be happy to hear from you.
