A few months ago (around July) I noticed this bump on my thumb. It's circular, the sides are raised, but there's an indent in the middle so that if I were to coat my thumb in ink and press it on paper, it would leave an O shape. I wasn't worried about it very much at first because it doesn't hurt. In fact I can't even feel the skin on the bump or around it. I thought it would go away but it hasn't after 5 months.

The dr. removed the contents and injected coritisone. It may or may not work. There are several other procedures available but she started with the least invasive.
